  Do NOT get anywhere near this contractor! We paid over $7,000 to have our roof replaced and within a few months it was leaking again. They came back out a few times to "repair" leaks and then eventually stopped returning our calls. Remember, this was supposed to be a BRAND NEW ROOF installation. But we repeatedy experienced leaks. Their response at one point was something along the lines of "do they expect me to repair their roof everytime it leaks?" If you are looking for a new roof, and are paying so much out of pocket, isn't it reasonable to expect that something new won't "break" so quickly? There should have been no need for "repairs" if it was really a new roof. But since it was so poorly done, repairs were needed. They claimed they gaurantee their work for 6 months. That is ludicrous for such an expensive job. Now approximately 5 years have passed, and things are even worse with leaks in several places (we had lots of snow yesterday and the snow is melting into our bedrooms on the 2nd floor and even into the dining room on the 1st floor; our roof and walls are pealing and bubbly, and even staining brown). My mom is so upset and who has that kind of money to throw away and get ANOTHER new roof in not even 5 years of having a new one installed (roofs are supposed to last 20-30 years minimum). Please consider this review carefully before doing business with them. There are so many other contractors out there. Please go find ones that aren't as much of a certain risk!
